Terms of Use

Effective Date: December 10th, 2025

Welcome to Shayda Campbell Courses (“the School,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this School and its courses, you agree to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not enroll or use this site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the School, you acknowledge that you are bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and the School’s Privacy Policy. All course materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

2. Use License

You are granted permission to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials from the School for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This is a license, not a transfer of ownership. Under this license, you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer any software from the School
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices
  • Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on another server

This license automatically terminates if you violate any of these restrictions. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.

3. Lifetime Access Policy

From time to time, the School may describe course access as “lifetime access.” For clarity:

a. Definition of Lifetime Access

“Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the course, not the lifetime of the purchaser. Students retain access for as long as the course remains available for viewing on Teachable or on any successor platform chosen by the School.

b. Platform Migration

If the School moves a course to a new hosting platform, we will take every reasonable step to ensure that Students retain access. Access may require the Student to create a new account, reset login credentials, or activate a new access link.

Maintaining a valid, accessible email address is the Student’s responsibility. Instructions for regaining access after a platform migration will be sent exclusively via email.

If a Student loses access after a platform migration, they may contact us at:
team@shaydacampbell.com

Emails are monitored periodically on weekdays during normal business hours, and we will help restore access as quickly as reasonably possible.

c. Email Responsibility

The School is not responsible for access issues arising from:

  • Outdated or inactive email accounts
  • Full inboxes or spam filtering
  • Email blocking or unsubscribing from School communications

d. Course Discontinuation

If a course is permanently discontinued and not migrated to a new platform, lifetime access ends at the time of discontinuation. No refunds or partial refunds will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to course materials, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except in cases of duplicate purchase or verified technical issues that the School cannot resolve.

Presale, early-bird, and promotional purchases are non-refundable.

5. Course Retirement and Modification

The School reserves the right to modify, update, or retire any course or digital product at its sole discretion. Retirement or substantial modification does not entitle the Student to a refund.

Students acknowledge that courses may evolve, change platforms, or be discontinued as part of normal business operations.

6. Disclaimer

The materials in the School are provided “as is.” The School makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The School does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any course content or linked materials.

7. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall the School be liable for any damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data
  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruption
  • Inability to access materials
  • Consequential or incidental damages

This limitation applies even if the School has been notified of the possibility of such damages.

8. Revisions and Errata

The School may update, modify, or remove course materials at any time without notice. While we strive to maintain up-to-date resources, we do not guarantee that materials are current or error-free.

9. External Links

The School is not responsible for the content of external sites linked within course materials. Use of any linked websites is at the Student’s own risk.

10. Modifications to Terms

The School may revise these Terms of Use at any time without notice. Continued use of the School constitutes acceptance of the current version of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the School shall be governed by the laws of the School owner’s home jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
